Crafted by Moshe Lev Sercarz (Lior's father), this extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% Tzuri olives grown in Bustan Haim in the Galilee. Picked by hand and cold-pressed, the oil retains its pure, vibrant character.

This small-batch, unfiltered olive oil has medium body, herbaceous aroma, and naturally peppery finish—an honest reflection of the region and Moshe’s careful stewardship of the grove.

Every season brings its own nuances to the oil—shaped by sunlight, rainfall, and the natural rhythm of the grove. Moshe’s approach honors these variations rather than masking them, resulting in an olive oil that tastes alive: expressive, seasonal, and deeply connected to the land.
